Heart to Home Meals is on a mission to help seniors live independently for longer through access to nutritious, high-quality meals delivered with care.
As part of the apetito group, a privately owned European leader in specialist nutrition, the business combines strong clinical and operational expertise with an ambitious growth agenda across the United States.
We are now seeking a VP Sales & Marketing to lead the next stage of our US expansion.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a commercial strategy across healthcare channels, with a particular focus on scaling impact within Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and state healthcare partnerships.
You will lead the development of a high-performing sales and marketing function, driving growth across a complex, multi-channel model that includes franchise partners, field teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with real breadth and influence—combining strategic direction with direct involvement in execution, customer engagement, and capability building across the organisation.
Key focus areas include:
- Driving growth across Medicaid and Medicare Advantage channels
- Building and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and state agencies
- Leading and developing field sales teams and franchise partners
- Owning regional performance and revenue delivery
- Building and leading a high-performing marketing function
- Delivering an insight‑led, data‑driven marketing strategy
- Strengthening brand, messaging, and customer engagement across channels
- Working cross‑functionally to align sales, operations, and customer delivery
We are looking for a commercial, strategic leader with experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, ideally within healthcare or consumer health, or closely aligned sectors - experience with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Programs is essential.
You will bring strong leadership capability, a data‑led mindset, and a genuine commitment to building something that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
