Social Media & Marketing Specialist

Full Time Clerical | Randolph, WI, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly

J.W. Jung Seed Company is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Randolph, WI. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brands.

• Produce content for the website, newsletters, and social media channels
• Develop engaging social media posts including copy, graphics, video, and promotional content
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support promotions, seasonal events, and brand initiatives across all platforms for multiple brands
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and posting, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries
• Create subject lines, email copy, and campaign layouts optimized for engagement
• Segment email audiences and maintain email lists for campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance including open rates, click rates, conversion rates and social metrics
• Update website pages as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, and other social media best practices
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Basic photography, video, and graphic design skills
• Experience with paid social campaigns
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar programs
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of gardening
