We are seeking Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representatives to join our remote customer support team. This is a 100% work-from-home, part-time position open to candidates across the United States .
No prior experience is required paid training is provided. In this role, you will assist customers in real time through live chat platforms, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional responses.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat systems
Provide accurate information using company guidelines and templates
Assist with basic questions, account support, and general inquiries
Maintain clear, professional, and friendly written communication
Document chat interactions accurately
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States
