About the Role

PCE seeks an Associate to join our Investment Banking group specializing in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions. Associates work in small, client-focused teams within the ESOP Investment Banking group devoted to helping PCE’s clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing ESOP feasibility studies
• Writing offering memorandums
• Generating buyers lists
• Researching and compiling market data
• Performing other duties and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 3-7 years’ experience in financial advisory services
• Direct experience with financial statement analysis
• Financial modeling or valuation experience
• Strong accounting or finance background
• Excellent quantitative, writing, and communication skills

Required Skills

• First-rate interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Entrepreneurial drive and spirit

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
• Experience in financial advisory services
