Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst role within our partner network. This position offers hands‑on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client advisory.
Candidates will support senior professionals across live transactions, gaining experience in valuation, market research, and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for valuation and investment analysis
Support deal sourcing and pipeline management to track opportunities
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends
Assist in due diligence processes and transaction execution
Prepare pitch books, presentations, and client materials
Analyze financial statements and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track and report on KPIs and deal progress
Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance
Familiarity with DCF, comparable company analysis, and transaction modeling
Experience supporting client‑facing presentations
Interest in capital markets, M&A, or private investments
