Job Description
Role reports to an office (M-F).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global brand strategy to promote awareness and growth
- Create brand plans, campaigns and programs to meet/exceed revenue objectives
- Execute global marketing campaigns to expand reach and support business objectives
- Maintain knowledge of market competitors and utilize knowledge to create go-to-market and brand strategies
- Manage development and implementation of marketing programs that drive engagement and brand appeal
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, campaign ROIs and sales data
- Ensure brand storytelling consistency and creativity; manage projects and product launches
- Produce marketing communications and sales tools for internal and external use
- Communicate brand performance and identity opportunities in collaboration with other depts.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee production of marketing materials and promotional items
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Min. 5+ years of experience in global branding and/or marketing, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, or food services industries
- Global/international and U.S. marketing experience required
- Experience creating brand plans, marketing programs and managing product launches
- Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and Project Management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting
- Base Salary $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
