Position Overview
Seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to manage and optimize Organic Social, Influencer, and CRM initiatives across Home Appliance categories. This role will focus on campaign execution, audience engagement, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness, consumer loyalty, and traffic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Organic Social and CRM communications calendars and campaign execution across multiple product categories
- Develop consumer-centric content strategies aligned with integrated marketing initiatives and social trends
- Drive CRM campaign optimization through audience segmentation, A/B testing, data analysis, and performance modeling
- Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with governance processes and receive proper visibility across shared channels
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute Social, Influencer, and CRM campaigns accurately and on schedule
- QA campaign assets, trafficking sheets, URLs, and creative deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives
- Manage social content calendars, influencer product requests, and campaign timelines with contingency planning when needed
- Maintain marketing documentation including campaign trackers, reporting, calendars, and finance updates
- Share campaign insights, social content, and monthly marketing updates with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Digital, Brand Experience, IMC, and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized customer experiences
- Serve as a subject matter expert for managed channels and collaborate with global teams on content and feedback needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads
- Experience managing Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and CRM campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM and audience management tools, including Adobe Campaign Manager, JIRA, Confluence, and related platforms
- Experience with Sprinklr reporting and community management capabilities
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
- Tableau experience is a plus
- Global marketing experience preferred but not required
