Digital Marketing Manager
We are partnering with a well-established, boutique advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professional networks. As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their digital presence and support client acquisition initiatives.
This is a highly visible, in-office role for someone who combines strong digital execution with professionalism and the ability to represent a brand in front of a sophisticated audience.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the firm's digital presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn and email
- Develop and distribute thought leadership content aligned with business priorities
- Support and execute email campaigns and client communication initiatives
- Promote events, partnerships, and brand initiatives to drive visibility and engagement
- Coordinate content efforts, including video and educational materials
- Support client acquisition efforts through digital channels and referral partner marketing
- Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure messaging is aligned and on-brand
What We're Looking For
- 3-6+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or related roles
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and content distribution
- Experience working with professional services, financial, or high-touch client environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a polished, professional tone
- High attention to detail and comfort working in structured, approval-driven environments
- Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking

- Experience supporting brands that serve high-net-worth or professional audiences
- Comfortable attending events and representing a brand externally
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a small, collaborative team
- Professional presence and confidence working closely with senior leadership
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to complete a financial markets-related certification or exam as part of onboarding
- Must be comfortable working fully on-site in a collaborative office environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + performance incentives
- Full benefits package (healthcare, retirement, etc.)
