Talent Pool Position – Data Analyst

THE ROLE
As a Data Analyst, you own the narrative. You translate complex data into actionable insights that drive real business results. You are a consultant to our clients, helping them navigate their data to make smarter marketing and technology decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards that provide a holistic view of client performance.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, audience behaviors, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Translate business requirements into technical data specs for the engineering team.
- Advise clients on data collection best practices and measurement frameworks.
- Mentor Core Analysts, ensuring high standards of “getting sh*t done” across the team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in a data-centric role, preferably within a digital agency.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) and their data structures.
- The ability to present complex findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies.
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
