Su rol es de **soporte técnico-operativo**, clave para asegurar el orden, control y disponibilidad de la información del proyecto.### ### **Objetivo del cargo*** Brindar apoyo sistemático en la **gestión técnica, documental y administrativa**, asegurando que planos, documentos, mediciones y respaldos estén **actualizados, trazables y disponibles**, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de **seguridad, calidad, plazos y costos** del proyecto.### **Funciones principales*** **Gestión documental:** Mantener control de versiones, registros y repositorios técnicos.* **Control de planos:** Asegurar uso de información vigente en terreno.* **Apoyo a cubicaciones y mediciones:** Ordenar y respaldar avances de obra.* **Estados de pago:** Consolidar documentación de respaldo para valorizaciones.* **Control de avance:** Registrar y organizar información productiva y documental.* **Calidad:** Archivar certificados, ensayos y protocolos.* **Coordinación:** Facilitar flujo de información entre terreno y oficina.### **Rol dentro del proyecto*** Es un perfil técnico junior con impacto directo en la **continuidad operativa**, la **reducción de errores** y la **trazabilidad contractual**, actuando como soporte clave en la integración entre diseño, ejecución y control.### **Requisitos generales*** Formación técnica en construcción o carreras afines.* 1 a 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.* Manejo de herramientas como **Excel, AutoCAD (básico) y deseable BIM**.* Competencias en **orden documental, interpretación de planos y apoyo a control de obra**.### **Enfoque del cargo*** El Auxiliar Técnico es un **habilitador operacional**, cuyo principal valor radica en mantener la **disciplina, orden y confiabilidad de la información**, elemento crítico en proyectos de construcción de alta complejidad.**Seize the challenge.
